The British Council delivers English services to adults and children, Teacher Training and Professional skills training from our Teaching Centres in Hanoi and HoChiMinh. Our Teaching Centres operates 7 days a week and currently accommodates onsite around 6000 learners per term on established on-site programmes. The British Council has provided English language training services to a wide range of corporate clients. We also have strong and proven experience of delivering all or parts of the English syllabus within corporate partners in Vietnam. Our clients include Project 165, MOND, The British Embassy, and many more.
We are looking for a sales-focused staff member to join as English Services Sales Consultant in our Hanoi branch on a fixed-term contract basis.
This postholder will work closely with the local management team and Sales Manager to win the business, tailoring English language courses to clients’ needs.
As the English Services Sales Consultant you will help to develop and deliver English language training services. This will involve liaising with customers and answering queries, creating contracts and proposals, financial and administration work and more.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate at least two years’ experience in a sales role as well as strong written and spoken skills in Vietnamese and English. Experience working in the educational sector would be highly advantageous.
