1. Marketing officer

a. Job description

• Creating Marketing campaigns and work with suppliers to execute
• Manage events and evaluate their success
• Update and control background music
• Research ideas for decoration in mall and get sponsorship from partners

b. Job requirements
– Bachelor degree in relating field
– 1-2 years working experience
– Good computer skills (MS Office)
– Fluent in both English & Vietnamese speaking and writing
– Having experience in working with foreigner company
– Be mature, proactive and professional
– Female is preferable

2. 02 Sales Officer

a. Job description

• Corporate with other teams (Admin/Marketing) to make sure tenant’s daily operation go smoothly (opening time, closing time, goods in and out…)
• Control tenant’s staff attitude, customer service, promotion, decoration, goods in store … to keep good standard for AEON MALL
• Support on doing Sales reports, presentations for Sales Manager
• To be contact point to support tenants on daily activities
• Prepare contracts for tenants
• Sell storage space, advertising banner, billboard, event hall, wagon… in the Mall
• Encourage all tenants to join big promotion campaign of Mall to push sales
• Support other sales team members in daily jobs as needed
• Report to line manager and other admin tasks as required

b. Job requirements

– Bachelor degree in relating field
– 1-2 years working experience
– Good computer skills (MS Office)
– Fluent in both English & Vietnamese speaking and writing
– Having experience in working with foreigner company
– Be mature, proactive and professional

3. C&B Officer

a. Job description

– Process AeonMall compensation and benefits (payroll, medical, leave, etc.) for all staff, including submission to government (HI, SI, UI, PIT, Labor…)
– Payroll budget, following actual vs. budget and prepare related HR Reports
– Process, upload data on HR system and ensure all relevant data are updated in the system
– Following, preparing and handling on Labor Contract’s documents
2. Handle all related Expatriates: Work Permit, Residence Card, Visa
3. Handle on Organizing HR events (Employee awards, …)
4. Other duties assigned by the Manager/Deputy Manager (HR)

b. Job requirements

– Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related fields.
– Good at English both spoken and written
– Having experience in working with foreigner company is preferred
– Be mature, proactive and professional
– High responsibility, Careful, cheerful
– Good in Job Planning and communication skill
– Having knowledge of accounting is an advantage
